Day 1: Transfer to the Murchison Falls:
Very early in the morning your Uganda safari guide will pick you from the hotel and transfer you to Murchison Falls National Park 311km about 5 hours’ drive. On your way, you will pay a visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – where white rhinos are kept in a natural environment. The next stop-over shall be at either Kabalega diner or Masindi town for your lunch and arrive in the evening at the top of the falls-where the world`s longest river -Nile River, is forced to flow through a 7 meters wide narrow rocky gauge before ferociously plunging down 43 meters. From here you will take a ferry across the river to the northern section for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Game Drive and Launch cruise:

A cup of coffee and leave for the morning game drive around the park hoping to see the Uganda kob, giraffes, Leopards. Return back to the lodge for breakfast and rest. After lunch, you will go for a boat cruise on the Victoria Nile to the bottom of the falls expecting to see crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes and numerous bird species like kingfishers, rare shoebills among others. Dinner and overnight stay at your respective lodge.

Day 3: Transfer from Murchison Falls to Kibale National Park:
Early in the morning after breakfast embark on the transfer to Kibale National Park 441km about 9 hours’ drive driving through rural landscapes of Hoima and Kagadi before approaching Kyenjojo in the evening. The lunch stop is made in Hoima and you arrive in Fort Portal Area in the evening for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking & Swamp Walk:

Today you will experience some serious monkey business! Kibale Forest National Park boasts the highest number of primate species in the world, including the chimpanzees. Approximately 5,000 chimpanzees live in the wild in Uganda, which makes it a perfect place to spot them!
In the early morning you will go with an experienced ranger for chimp tracking; you might also see other monkey species that live here. Once you locate the chimpanzees you will have a full hour of eye-to-eye contact with them. Since they are wild animals, we can never guarantee you to see them and might have to settle with hearing their hoots and hollers.
Later, you may go for a swamp walk in Bigodi and later back to your lodge.

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth Park:

Breakfast  and later a two-hour plus drive to Queen Elizabeth Park.Before we check in at Bush Lodge we take the most scenic Katwe Explosion Crater drive. 27 kilometers of scenic wonders. It is the highest point of Queen Elizabeth Park with splendid views of the Rwenzori Mountains of the Moon, the Western Rift Escarpment with the vast Savannah below, Lake George and Lake Edwards connected by the natural Kazinga Channel – there are about 12 explosion craters, made famous recently by a picture in National Geographic.
Check into the lodge that you have chosen for Queen Elizabeth Park.
Afternoon short game drive across the candelabra euphoria tree studded savannah, you will see lions, leopards, bush pigs, giant forest hogs, elephant herds, buffaloes, various species of antelopes, savannah birds, hyenas, monitor lizards, an occasional rock python and lots more.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge / Mweya Hostel.

Day 6: Game Drive / Boat Trip:

In the morning before dawn wakeup to a cup of coffee or breakfast to set off for a game drive in the park in order to view animals especially the predators such as the Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Uganda Kobs, buffaloes, and others. After the game drive you will return to the lodge for late breakfast and later on have lunch to prepare for the boat ride on the Kazinga channel. The Kazinga channel connects lakes Edward and George. The launch will take you about Two hours and you should expect animals like the buffaloes, Hippos and elephants at the shore not forgetting birds both migrant and residents.
Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge / Mweya Hostel.

Day 7: Chimpanzee Tracking in the Kyambura Gorge:
After having breakfast you will depart for Kyambura gorge to track the hard to pin down chimpanzees which are fast moving. You may also be lucky to find other primates like the black & white colobus monkeys together with other game. You will later drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park which is a haven for half of the total populace of the existing Mountain Gorillas. This drive is so rewarding with numerous en routes likes tree-climbing lions, warthogs and Uganda kobs. You will arrive in the park in the late evening and check into your lodge

Day 8: Gorilla Tracking Day:

After breakfast take a short drive to Park Headquarters and meet with excellent local guides and trackers who will give a talk on the etiquette of gorilla trekking. We then hike into the forest where the gorillas were seen the night before and track from that point. The trekking can take from 1 to 6 hours and climb to altitudes in excess of 7,500 feet. The terrain is rough and at times muddy. Although the Hike is physically demanding the beauty of the forest and surrounding scenery make the trekking worthwhile. Once the gorillas are located all fatigue is forgotten, as the experience is often described as being the most profound natural history experience in the world. Picnic lunches are provided and it is important to take plenty of water. Cameras and plenty of fast speed film is recommended. It can rain at a few minutes’ notice; hence waterproof clothing is a good essential including zip lock bags for cameras and film.

Day 9: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park:

Early breakfast and off to Lake Mburo National Park.
This is a perfect place to break a long journey at one of the most delightful places in Uganda. It is about 5 hours drive time to reach here, it is best we leave at 7 am for Lake Mburo.
We arrive at lunch time at Lake Mburo and check into Eagle’s Nest – high on a ridge overlooking Lake Mburo Park – rooms are tents with bath in back – dinner is prepared in a traditional way over open fire.
Afternoon Boat Ride on Lake Mburo where you will see hippos, crocodiles, otters, water birds, mammals coming to water. . Settle for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Do a morning Game walk in Lake Mburo National Park and transfer to Kampala:
After your early morning breakfast, you will undertake a nature walk-the most interesting game walks in the country that will expose you to various species of primates, birds, antelopes like elands, waterbucks, Impala, Topis, Bush buck, Klipspringer among others, buffaloes, Rothschild giraffe, Burchell’s Zebra , wart hogs among other species not forgetting the beautiful savannah landscape dotted with great acacia. Retreat from the activity and embark on the transfer to Kampala 240km about 3 – 4 hours’ drive making a stop at Uganda Equator crossing Kayabwe for magical photo shoots where one leg can be placed in north sphere and the other remains in the south. It also and impressive site for purchasing memorabilia to take back home as a remembrance for this safari in Uganda
