Overview

Masai Mara Safari Package: This safari features Masai Mara National Reserve. The safari departs Nairobi in the morning and involves a drive down to the the floor of the Rift Valley, making a stop at view point to see the escarpment and the awesome sight of the valley and the features there in. To arrive Masai Mara in time for lunch, followed by an evening game drive that introduces you to Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary

Day 1. Travel to Masai Mara wildlife reserve

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport /from your hotel you will be welcomed by our tour guide for a pick up and drive west of the city through Masai land and the journey will take us through the valleyed Nairobi city lying on a thika river with an altitude of 1661 meters above the sea level ascending to a great western rift valley for a view of entire Masai land characterized by the great view of canopy trees proceeding at the famous hot springs town of Mai-mahiu where we shall have a stopover  for refreshments, fuel refilling and head to your new residence/home for lunch and relaxation.

Main destination: Masai Mara National Reserve

Accommodation: Wajje Mara camp (budget tented camp)

Meals and drinks: All meals and drinking water

We shall set off from our lodge for an evening game drive where we expect to spot wild life such as wild beasts, lions, topis, giraffes, zebras, Thomson gazelles among others then we shall come back to our lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2. Game drives and Masai village visit

In the morning hours, animals are more active and the sun is not yet so bright and temperatures are cooler where it offers the best moment to spot wildlife.

Have an early cup of coffee together with packed lunch then go for an early morning game drive in search for wildlife rolling through all corners of the park and we expect to view thousands of  wildlife such as Buffaloes, lions, zebras, jackals, leopards, warthogs, cheetahs and many more heading towards Mara river to view the wild beasts and on a lucky day we may find them doing migration/ crossing the river or prepare to migrate then after we shall have our lunch under a shed of a tree in the wilderness then drive back to our lodge for relaxation and refreshment.

Set off  for an evening game drive while heading to Masai village for a cultural visit for a performance and to view their art and craft work then come back at the lodge for dinner, camp fire and overnight stay.

Day 3. Depart Masai Mara National park

Depart after breakfast heading to Narok town for a stopover to have lunch, refreshments, fuel refilling then proceed to the airport for a flight.
